Return/Refund Policy

EXCHANGES

We will exchange any item that is in new, resellable condition. In the case of slings, we offer free exchanges to help you get a sling that fits correctly. Items may be exchanged at no shipping cost from us to you, once per order. If additional exchanges are necessary, then the buyer will pay shipping costs both ways.

If you are exchanging your sling because it is slightly too big, please try washing and drying it first. Most fabrics will shrink 1/2 to 1 inch after washing and drying. Your sling may be a perfect fit after washing! If not, then we are happy to exchange it for another size.

There is a 30 day time limit on exchanges. To exchange your item, first to tell us that you would like an exchange. Include your email address, name, phone number and the best time to reach you. Tell us the item you would like to exchange for.  If you need help picking a sling size, please include your height, weight, bra size, shoulder/hip measurement and whether the sling you are returning was too big or too small. to get our mailing address. We aren't responsible for items sent to us that are lost or stolen. We advise that you purchase shipping insurance when exchanging items.

REFUNDS

A refund of your total amount less the shipping cost will be given when the sling is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The item  must be in new condition. Items that are returned to us after 30 days despite our return policy will be charged a $6 restocking fee.
We will not give refunds for items that aren't in new condition. Please include your name, email address and phone number and the best time to reach you. Include a note saying that you'd like to return your item for a refund. We aren't responsible for items sent to us that are lost or stolen . We advise that you purchase purchase shipping insurance when returning items.
